The AEI team will be out in full force at ADE this year, representing throughout the week on panels, talks, and a networking event.

First up on Thursday 19th of October our brand owners and representatives discuss The Role Of YouTube Curators as 21st Century A&Rs in the rapidly changing music industry, on the ADE PRO panel. The speakers include Luke Hood (UKF Founder), Daniel Lee (NCS Label manager), Olivier Dutertre (TheSoundYouNeed Founder), Jennifer Cochrane (TheSoundYouNeed Brand Manager) and Richard Parkinson (Subsoul Founder) moderated by Paul Brown (A&R consultant at Figur8).

Also on Thursday our marketing manager Farhana Aboo will join a panel to discussing Other Ways To Make Money Out of Music.

Our CEO Diluk Dias and Commercial Director Matthew Dicks talk about the story behind the company in Cafe Weber as part of the ADE University programme, which is there to inspire young professionals looking to build their careers and businesses in the music industry.
