UKF - GlobalGathering 2014

In The Mix: An exciting, fast-paced DJ show in association with Serato.

Each episode features award-winning bass music scratch DJ Captain Crunch as he creatively cuts, chops, blasts and smashes some of the best UKF uploads using Serato technology.

Organic product use, visually thrilling and in-line with UKF’s community expectations and interests, the show is currently ongoing and has amassed over 120,000 organic views so far across two episodes.

Here’s how we arrived at the concept and executed it…

Client Objectives

  • Serato had a strong market position in the US but wanted to support this while growing their audience in Europe.
  • They needed to broaden the brand’s appeal and product promotion beyond the US DJs to a younger music such as EDM and Bass.
  • Creating engaging video content had proven successful initially through their own channels but reach needed to be higher.
  • With new product lines and software launches Serato also needed a partner that could drive traffic to their website.
